Hall's Nautical Upholstery has been manufacturing Boston Whaler replacement cushions since 1986.

We started out manufacturing Rod Pads and Cooler Cushions only. Since then, due to popular demand we have graduated to manufacturing cushions for Montauk's, Super Sports, Outrages and other Boston Whalers!

We use Marine grade vinyl. Parchment and White heat seal at 1" apart in both colors of vinyl's. Poly Foam, Plastic Zippers and Zipper Slides. We also use Stainless Steal Staples to discourage rusting.
